I didn’t set out to build just another agency.

I am building the organization I always wished existed.

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked as an agent, sales leader, broker manager, provider strategist, and entrepreneur. Every role taught me something different.

I’ve experienced both captive and independent sales . I’ve worked alongside providers in Value Based Care. I’ve coached agents, built broker and carrier relationships across multiple states , helped launch healthcare initiatives from the ground up.
